… Men’s & women’s teams were entered into the P&D league. Mini tennis and coaching continued along with the Summer Camps. There was a small decrease in membership to 38, due to one multiple member family and a group of juniors not rejoining (this latter will be addressed in 25-26). Further avenues of funding were approached to resurface the hard courts, and install floodlights with no success. The state of our courts is of potential concern and being closely monitored. It is unfortunate that, as things stand, resources are insufficient to implement the development plan agreed by members at the 2023 EGM and no further funding work is currently planned. The Trustees are satisfied that STC is operating in pursuance of the objectives laid down in the constitution. |

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/01/2025.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
