|**Summary of the main**<br>**achievements of the charity**<br>**during the year**|…<br><br>Men’s & women’s teams were entered into the P&D league.<br><br>Mini tennis and coaching continued along with the Summer Camps.<br><br>There was a small decrease in membership to 38, due to one multiple<br>member family and a group of juniors not rejoining (this latter will be<br>addressed in 25-26).<br><br>Further avenues of funding were approached to resurface the hard courts,<br>and install floodlights with no success.<br><br>The state of our courts is of potential concern and being closely monitored.  It<br>is unfortunate that, as things stand, resources are insufficient to implement<br>the development plan agreed by members at the 2023 EGM and no further<br>funding work is currently planned.<br><br>The Trustees are satisfied that STC is operating in pursuance of the<br>objectives laid down in the constitution.|

Receipts continue to come mainly Irom Membsrship subscriptions (62%)
and "minis. coaching (31%) with the latter up by 61 % on the previous
yearfs receipts.
This finanrAal year is the first to have 8% Yumover Renv applied
routinely by Comwall Council and electricity Costs payable by the dub.
These will affect the dub's future surpluses and its ability to grow its
sinking fund savings to meet ¢XUrt refijrbishment costs. A slight deficit is
bLxlgeted for 2>26 whith may have to be met by increased membership
fees.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/01/2025.
