Paddock Wood U3A Accounts 1 July 2021-30 June 2022
| 2021-2022 | 2020-2021 | Notes: 1 This is made up of £200 compensation from NatWest bank and £175 funds deposited by Brush Strokes for hall hire. 2 The invoice for this had not arrived by the end of the financial year. The amount owing is £1,380.76. The total affiliation fee (capitation plus Beacon plus direct mail) comes to £4,150.76, or approximately 46% of our subscription income (or 10% of total gross income). 3 Previous accounts included categories of December and August meetings. Neither occurred in 2020–2021. These categories have now been removed. Details for all meetings are available on our website. 4 This is a new category to represent the equipment bought by the U3A for general use. Its value is written off in the first year. A list of equipment is appended to these accounts. 5 This will not appear in future years, as loans will not be needed. 6 A mismatch of £100 that occurred has been corrected, and the accounts restated to reflect that. |
