Membership has grown to 591, the<br>highest since the U3A started.<br>Three social events for the whole membership<br>and two study day trips took place, as well as<br>an extended break. Monthly meetings and<br>seminars available to all were well attended.<br>General information on a variety of health<br>issues and guidance on how to avoid scams<br>was provided regularly by the U3A Welfare<br>team and invited policing representatives,<br>respectively.|

The total<br>affiliation fee (capitation<br>plus Beacon plus<br>direct mail) comes to<br>£4,150.76, or<br>approximately 46% of<br>our subscription income<br>(or 10% of total gross<br>income).<br>3 Previous accounts<br>included categories of<br>December and August<br>meetings. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity ("the Trust")
for the year ended 30 June 2022.
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the 8ccounts
in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts Carried out under section 145
of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions
given by the Charity Commission under section145(5)(b) of the Act.
