The second objective was to transfer the land and buildings from the unincorporated Aldwinians RUFC into the Aldwinians Rugby Union Football Club Charity however the actual transfer occurred on the 8thFeb 2019 so in the previous year 2019/20, at a value of £434,221. The land and buildings were later valued at £850,000 on the 15thOctober 2020 by a commercial chartered surveyor. In addition to the above the charity wanted to increase its rugby offering to include a junior girls team. All of which with the exception of the creation of the junior girls team were achieved.
