The Council finally decided in 2024 it would declare the Whitecliff Pavilion a “Community Asset” and invited expressions of interest (EOI) from community groups to come forward and manage the pavilion through a Community Asset Transfer.(CAT) The charity’s EOI was successful and the Foundation was formally invited to submit a full CAT application which also was successful to stage 1. A successful application for a grant to support the CAT process was made to the local Ward Improvement Fund. A business plan has been drafted.

Lobbying of the local authority and councillors re the future of the local Summary of the main recreation ground and pavilion achievements of the charity Winning the trust of the council in advising the council on its local projects during the year and activities.
