The Council finally decided in 2024 it would declare the Whitecliff Pavilion a “Community Asset” and invited expressions of interest (EOI) from community groups to come forward and manage the pavilion through a Community Asset Transfer.(CAT) The charity’s EOI was successful and the Foundation was formally invited to submit a full CAT application which also was successful to stage 1. A successful application for a grant to support the CAT process was made to the local Ward Improvement Fund. A business plan has been drafted.

During the financial year the charity received a donation of £192, and had expenditure of £2 on bank charges, with unrestricted cash in the bank account of £190.40 on 31/03/2025
