Description of the charity’s trusts
-The constitution of MO UK (Dated 30[th] December 2017) is the governing Type of governing document body. (eg. trust deed, constitution) -If anything needs to be amended on the constitution, it will have to pass through the agenda with majority votes from the Annual Meeting. -The board will inform all the members for meeting well in advance with all the necessary information. -This is legally adopted by the UK Charity Commission (CIO) in 2017. How the charity is constituted (eg. trust, association, company) -The existing trustees and advisors are responsible for selecting the new Trustee selection methods trustees. Trustee candidates must have a clean record of CRB. (eg. appointed by, elected by) - In selecting new trustee, we seek to identify members who regularly attend events and are willing to volunteer in our community work. -Potential trustees are invited to attend the meeting and are given more details of the charity’s basic aims and activities. If all agree, they are then appointed as new trustees.
