In relation to the administration of the awards programme, a main obs1acle was the slow and sometiTnes lack of restK)nse from esLqblisliments providing educational s¢rYic¢4 both ETrainstr and charities. The impact of Covid m¢ant that mauy stsff were workÈng from home had left the OrglSatIOn8 voluntarily or through redundancy.
