Para 1.20	Establishment of basic site infrastructure and allocation of plots to plotholders who have begun cultivating their allotments. Planting of a community orchard by volunteers. Drainage improvements undertaken as part of site setup have substantially improved the Wales Coastal Footpath which runs alongside our site. Planting of trees and wildflowers and creation of pond has increased the biodiversity habitat value of the site.

Achievements against objectives set	Para 1.41	Established allotment site and orchard. All plots are allocated and being used except a few we have reserved for the creation of a more wheelchair accessible community garden (ongoing). Orchard planting is complete
