Trustees are ele(ed annualty by the mnbers of the dwity. The ¢harty SKle of the group is managed by four Irustees who are elted from members of the group. These trustees take on the role of chair. treasurer. fundtar3er and secretary. Charity members can either be volunteer responders or non-OFrational asxKiate members who participate in fvndraising or trainry ivilies. The organisatJnal strure of the charity indJeS the coordinator of the group {whth at present is the chair trustee) with the group volunteers who fom the OFrational rTEmber5 of the group. The Kee group is ovefseen by an area Ccthinator who is then overseen by West Midlands Ambulance servTh trust who provkle FM)licy and procedures for our Cornmunty First Responders. The chartty attends 999 calls in a vehicle and provides immedrate assessment and life support trealment before the NHS ambulance arrrves. The charity akn provides kKal tea¢hng of bas life supkm CPR and automated defibrillator use to groups and members of the public. Public Benefft The Trustees of the Charrty are aware of the Gharity Commission's guan on public benefft and have regard to it in their administratscffi of the Charity. Summary of the maln achlovements durfng tho p•riod In the financial year of 2019-2020 we gave a total of 867 hours of 1ver and in that time responded tr) 100 ergencY 999 calls in our reswnse area. The grcwjp gave irtstwcti on 1 Heartstsrt course. In the pwious finanaal yw of 201&2019 we gave a total of 1291 hours of wver and in that we responded to 197 emergency 999 calls in our response area.
