P8 1.20 The club's third season has continued to do well due to the dedication and hard work of the club's committee to build and improve the club, the contributs-ons of the club's managers, coaches and players and the support of parents and spectstors. The Dugout clubhouse is a thriving hub on a match day weekend and is a great place for people to mix and forge closer ties within the club and the local communty. Player numbers remain healthy with over 750 players registered wth the club on England FA'S Portal. . This season we have the followng prowsion in place.. Soccer School for gids and boys age 4 and abovel Goalkeeper School (training only) 2 sessions each week 2 new Development Centres covering U7 through to U13 age groups where we cannot accommodale players into teams, thus supporting ongoing player development wtth a view to seeking opportunities for those players to move into age group teams if possible 35 age group teams for Boys mini-league 5 girls teams up to U11 age group 17 Cotts (Boys) age group teams 5 girfs teams beeen U12 and U16 age group . Adult age football we have Mens Saturday,2x Mens Sunday. Ladies. Ladies Development Squad (training only). Mens Just Play (training only), Mixed Gender Walking Football {training only), plus the Vets Sunday {training only) We remain in partnership wilh HerGameToo, reaffirming our commilment as a club to female parlicipation in football Hosted the second Walking Football Tournament put on by Cambs FA. helping to continue to foster and build our relat]'onship with them and giving compelttive foolball opportunilies to a number of people for the first time Hosted Cambs FA CPD events for supporting coach development • Support the regional Parability Talent Days and host monlhly disability training days wtlh local addilional need schools. Work with the local school communities and sport programs to enable schools to come together for football and other sports, offering girls only sessions as well as mixed.
