Achievements and Performance
SORP reference Everything has been held in abeyance whilst negotiations have been taking place between Lancashire County Museums Servicer (who are the current day to day operators of the museum) and National Trust regarding the possibility of NT taking over as operators. Negotiations have now terminated and NT have withdrawn their interest, meaning that Lancashire County Museums Service will continue with the day to day management of the museum. Summary of the main Para 1.20 achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.
