Section E Financial review

Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves

As indicated in last years' report, a Reserves Policy has now been written and agreed by the Trustees and Director of AIS. Our position is that AIS does not currently hold any reserves due to its present size and annual level of funding.

All funds generated are used to deliver projects AIS is committed to. If funds are unavailable, such projects could not be delivered and may need to be discontinued.

At present there is no plan to establish a reserves fund, but the Trustees will continue to review this situation every six months.

Details of any funds materially in deficit
