The Trustees have given consideratSon to thè risks to which the Charity is exposed and satisfied themselves that systems or procedures are in place lo manage those risks. WSlhin that review, the Trustees reviewed the adequacy of CUCT'S internal controls. The Charity may not authorise an application of ils assets for purposes which are not charitable. In particular, the Charity has power to support 8ethlehem University and all similar institutions with which Bethlehem University has fomal and informal relationships for the benefit of humanity. The Charity has Bethlehem University as Ils prima beneficiary. The Trustees have complied with their duty to have due regard to public benefit guidance produc8d by the Charity Commission. Funds are raised by donations from benefactors.
