The Chanty may not aulhorise an application of Its assets for purposes which are not charitable. In particular, the Charity has power lo support Bethlehem University and all similar Insts'lutions with which Bethlehem University has fomial and informal relationships for the benefit ol humanity. The Charity has Bethlehem University as ils prime beneficiary. The Trustees have cornplied with theif duty to have due regard to public benefi't guidance produced by the Charity Commission.
