New Trustees are appointed by existing Trustees. Tho Trusl8è8 have given consideration to the risks lo which the Charity is exposed and satisfied themselves that systems or procedures are in place to manage those risks. The Chanty may not aulhorise an application of Its assets for purposes which are not charitable. In particular, the Charity has power lo support Bethlehem University and all similar Insts'lutions with which Bethlehem University has fomial and informal relationships for the benefit ol humanity. The Charity has Bethlehem University as ils prime beneficiary. The Trustees have cornplied with theif duty to have due regard to public benefi't guidance produced by the Charity Commission. S Achlevements and Perfoman¢¢ Donations dunng the year have been made by standing order, by bank transfer or chequè on receipt of issues of 8ethlehem University News.
