Friends of Red Row is an unincorporated charity governed by a constitution adopted in accordance with the Charities Act 2011. The trustees are elected or appointed in line with the constitution, with regular meetings held to oversee activities and financial decisions.

The charity works closely with the staff and leadership of Red Row First School to ensure all funds raised are used to directly benefit the pupils and enhance their school experience.

During the reporting year Sarah Ward joined the trustee board on 10 February 2025.
