We provide a free platfomi for the young people of the area to participate in the creative arts, alongside industry professionaLs. ENSURING OUR WORK DELIVERS OUR AIMS We review our aims, objectives arnl activities each year. This review looks * what we achieved and the outcomes of our WOTk in rhe previous 12 nKtrnths. The review looks al the success of each project and th¢ benefits they have brought to those UpS of people we are set up to help. The Teview also helps us ensure our ainl objectives and activities remainlul focused on our staled purposes. Over the last 12 months we have started working in partnership with more local organisations including Neath Ptsrt Talbot Youlh Servk South we5 P()Ike South Wales Pollce Cadets in the developnKnt and delivery of our third community fthn 'Same but Different,. This film project will involve over 60 young people from Neath Port Talbot WOTking alongside professional actOTS, tackling hate crime and negative behaviour experienced byyoung LGB T+ community. Planned to film over 10 days in Juty 2020, due to the Coronavirns pandemic, it is currentty scheduled forFebruary and March 2021 In September 2019 Afan Arts, cyber bullying project 'B is forBully' won most Inspirational Film of theFestivaL at Wales International Film festival

Afan Arts will pursue this opportunity. making Sure that if relocation takes place, we wlll receive adequate space, a secure lease and fair reni. Future Plans Afan Arts are optimistic about the proposed relocation of our chaTity to our town's new creative hub, where our s¢rvices will bc more regularly and casily acccssed by the community.
