Structure, Governance & Management	The nursery is a charitable organisation and is governed by it’s trustees on a voluntary basis. All statutory obligations have been met in the running of the charity.
Objects & Aims	Cylch meithrin Llechryd’s purpose is to provide safe, quality early years education and childcare for children within the local community. Throughout the year, the nursery has continued to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through a caring and inclusive environment.
Activities & Achievements	During the year, the nursery cared for approximately 10 children with ages ranging from 2 -4 1/2 and maintained a positive learning environment. Staf have continued to deliver engaging activities to support children’s communication, social development, and early learning skills. The nursery has provided daily childcare, early learning activities, outdoor play, and support for children with additional needs where required. The trustees confrm that the activities carried out during the year have been for the public beneft. The nursery has also worked closely with parents and carers to ensure children receive consistent support both at nursery and at home. Feedback from families has remained positive, and the nursery continues to be valued within the local community. The nursery is located in theprimary

	school building and this assists in the children’s transition into mainstream education. The nursery is in a fying start area and this assists disadvantaged families.
Financial Review	Summarise fnances clearly (even though full accounts are separate): - Total income £26,399 - Main funding sources are from local authority funding and are supported through the Mudiad Meithrin fnancially. - Total expenditure in the year was £31,414 and staf costs are the largest expenditure but inevitable due to the nature of needing good staf. - In this fnancial year there was a fnancial loss of £5,015 and this was discussed by the trustees and to be monitored. - The reserves are healthy but will be reviewed considering the loss made in the year.
Future Goals	Cylch meithrin Llechryd plan to continue providing quality childcare and early years education, while focusing on staf development, maintaining safeguarding standards, and improving resources for children.
