Minutes from the Annual General Meeting 2020
The minutes from the Annual General Meeting 2020 were read and accepted as true.
Treasurers report
Mrs Mererid Morgan discussed the Income and expenditure for the year ending 31.03.2021 and noted that the cylch’s finanical situation is good. But suggested that Catryn should apply for grants to ensure security for the cylch during uncertain times.
Chairperson’s report
Mrs Sian Davies thanked everyone for attending and thanked the staff for all their hard work.
Secretary report
Mrs Catryn Horwood thanked everyone for attending, and thanked everyone for their hard work during these uncertain times.

Encourage parents to apply for the 30 hours funding this will help the Cylch financially.
