					The charity is a Coastal Surveillance Statkrn that provides assistance In
					the protection and preservation ofthe lives and property of people at sea
					or along the coastline, within the visible range of the Watch Station. It
					operates with trained volunteers who maintain a visual lookout and
					maritime radio listening watch and provide support to Search and Rescue
					services by assisting and reporting directly to HM Coastguard.

					(a) operates a visual lookout, during the hours ofdaylight, for any signs of
					persons or vessels in danger or distress and to advise the Search and
