We represent non-traditional and under- represented families (both LGBT and non-). As of Dec19, P3 supported individuals across the UK and professionals in over 80 UK multinationals, government and regulatory agencies. We support throughout the life cycle: from options to creating a family, to discussions with employers on inclusive leave policies, return to work mentoring, and school engagement
Objects: The Following Objects Are For The Benefit Of The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual And Transgender Plus (LGBT+) Community And Under-Represented Parents, Prospective Parents And Their Families:(1) The Advancement Of Education By Providing Training, Research And Other Support Services To Them And To Society;(2) The Promotion Of Health By Providing Training, Research And Other Support Services To Them And To Society; And(3) The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity By Recognising And Encouraging The Contributions LGBT + And Under-Represented Parents, Prospective Parents And Their Families Make To Society And The Elimination Of Discrimination Wherever And However Occurring.
