**Objects:** THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL AND TRANSGENDER PLUS (LGBT+) COMMUNITY AND UNDER-REPRESENTED PARENTS, PROSPECTIVE PARENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES:(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY PROVIDING TRAINING, RESEARCH AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES TO THEM AND TO SOCIETY;(2) THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH BY PROVIDING TRAINING, RESEARCH AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES TO THEM AND TO SOCIETY; AND(3) THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY BY RECOGNISING AND ENCOURAGING THE CONTRIBUTIONS LGBT + AND UNDER-REPRESENTED PARENTS, PROSPECTIVE PARENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES MAKE TO SOCIETY AND THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION WHEREVER AND HOWEVER OCCURRING.

**Activities:** We represent non-traditional and under- represented families (both LGBT and non-). As of Dec19, P3 supported individuals across the UK and professionals in over 80 UK multinationals, government and regulatory agencies. We support throughout the life cycle: from options to creating a family, to discussions with employers on inclusive leave policies, return to work mentoring, and school engagement
