Our coordinator has worked tirelessly to schedule and manage volunteers, desplte the ongolng challenge of operating with a small but exceptlonally commltted volunteer team. We remain a trusted trainlng provlder for buslnesses across Herefordshlre, many of whom return annually to refresh and upsklll thelr staff testament to the quality and relevance of our courses. Last yearfs strateglc goal to reconnect with former partner organisatlons was a clear success, dlrectly contrlbutln8 to the increase in course numbers and strengthening our community ties. In xhools and colleqes We contlnue our annual partnership wlth Hereford Slxth Form College, delivering tralnlng to students who voluntarily attend outslde of thelr regular tlmetable. Their commltment speak5 volumes about the value they place on the Ilfe-saving skills we provide. Volunteeys We currently have a team of 20 volunteers, with 12 actively deliverln8 courses. We're delighted to welcome four new volunteer5 who are now shadowing experienced team members as they prepare for formal training. Earlier this year, we hosted a training and engagement event, offerlng volunteers the opportunity to meet our coordinator and deepen thelr connection to the charity. A follow-up refresher training 5e55ion is scheduled later thi5 year to support ongoing development and retention. Gronts /fvndiry Our work in the tommunity continues to be supported by generous public donations collected durlng courses.
