informally and in small, socially-
distanced groups when this was in
periods between lockdowns.

Commission on public

Achievements and Performance

SORP reference

Summary of the main
achievements of the charity,
identifying the difference the
charity’s work has made to
the circumstances of its
beneficiaries and any wider
benefits to society as a
whole.
Para 1.20 Covid meant that we were only able
to meet for the first six months of the
year. Amongst other projects we
cleared and replanted the gardens
for the Sandycroft Wellbeing Centre,
made planters for Astwood in Bloom,
and built benches for the Forge Mill
museum. We also did odd repairs for
people who called in to ask for help.
Members also worked on their
personal projects and mentored
others' projects to improve their
skillsand self-esteem.

Financial Review

Financial Review
Review of the charity’s
financial position at the end
of the period
Para 1.21 Our income from subscriptions and
donations ended in March so we had
a net outflow of £1523.49 over the
year leaving us with £6542.85 as at
21st July 2020.
Statement explaining the
policy for holding reserves
stating why they are held
Para 1.22 At the time of this report we have no
identifiable reserves. Our outgoings
are small and predictable so we will
only need a small reserve. It would
be good to have enough in reserve to
be able to immediately replace or
repair a workshop machine but none
of them are essential to our
operation and none cost more than a
few hundred pounds. A reserve of a
thousand pounds would be plenty.
Amount of reserves held Para 1.22 £0
Reasons for holding zero
reserves
Para 1.22 The charity is small and has not
been operating long enough to
accumulate a reserve. We will be
working to build funds for
emergencies and future expansion as
soon as Covid allows.
Details of fund materially in
deficit
Para 1.24 N/A
Explanation of any
uncertainties about the
charity continuing as a going
concern
