However it did still manage to make a donation of £478. Structure, govem•n¢8 and management Naturn of govemlng document The charity commenced operabon in 2017 and was registered the Charity Commission as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation on the 28th March 2018. The Charity was established under a Constitubon and a full review of the objects of the Charity is underway. A written resolution to amend the objects clause wa5 complete on 28 November 2025. Responsibilities The Iruslees are responsible for preparing the trustees, report and the financial statements in accordance wth the United Kingdom Accounting Stsndards (United lfj'ngdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice) and applicable law and regulations. The law applicable to charities requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each finan￿al year which give a true and fair view of the stale of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resource5 and applie2tion of resources of the charity for that period. Going concern The trustees consider that there are no material uncertaints'es about the ¢harity's ability to continue as a going concem. Income and endovmients Voluntary income including donations, gifts. legacie5 and grants that provide core funding or are of a general natu￿ is recognised when Ihe charity has entitlement to the income, il Is Probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured %wth 5ufficien¥ reliability. Where costs cannot directly attributed lo particular headings they have been alIC￿ated on a basis consistent with the use of reSoU￿s, central staff costs allocated on the basis of time spent, and depreciation charges allocated on the portion of the asset's use. Other support costs are allocated based on the spread of staff costs. Charitable actlvities Charitable expenditure comprises th05e costs incurred by the charity in the delivery of it5 activities and services for its beneficianes. Accordingly. the charity is PQtenlially exempt from taxation in re5peGt of income or capital gains received within categories covered by Chapter 3 Part 11 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 or Section 256 of the Taxalion of Chargeable Gains Act 1992, to the extent that 5uGh inwme or gains are applied exclusively to charitsble purposes. Financial instruments Classification Financial assets and financial liabilitie5 are recognised when the Charity becomes a paty to the contractual provisions of the instrument.
