To provide and support Delta, the after- school youth club which runs from a property on the high street, which will be able to support any students and will be of particular help to those more vulnerable students. |

Para 1.20 | With Helen Cook in post the ICE worker has been able to support a number of children, and has been able to go on off-site educational trips, such as Plastic Free North Devon, where the children have been able to build up a confidence in her role. The mentor programme, where volunteers are recruited from local churches and personal recommendations and the trained by The Academy is now back in operation. unfortunately Helen Cook resigned due to a job offer at the end of summer term 2023 Delta is running well, with a young leaders programme in development. The community response to Delta continues to be positive with donations given regularly from the Co- Op store opposite. Volunteer training continues to be run at Delta. |
