Achievements and Performance: Need to Talk continues to: We are now working on the three main counselling platfornis: face-to-frace. online and phone. and we aim to carry on supporting the most vulnerable in the community with free or affordable counselling sessions and wellbeing groups, including music and exerci￿. The community is now ex￿rienc1n9 the impact of the cost-of41ving increase. montsl health users, BAME and LGBT groups continue to be our priority as we are aware that they are some of the most vulnerable groups in our ommunity. Support and provide affordable counselling to appmlmately 8W coun5elling sessions quarterty. We have 24 counsellors seeing a rnlnlmum of 3 clients each per week. Also, thi5 will help to Sustain the three different platforms that we use at Need to Talk. Elm Tree Trust The funds we have received from Elm Tree Trust of £5(￿ are unrestricted and will be spent on Supporting our admin cost and rent. Financlal Review Need To Talk started the yearwith a balance of £21876 made up of Restrirted funds £195W and Unrestricted funds £2376. Harrow Wins tlcket sales brought in only £7.50 which is a decrease again from the previous year. It would suggest that our support•Ys are not buying many tickets. This could be related to the cost.of-livlng crisis. We should look Into ways to increase the sales of the Hafrow Wins Lottery tickets. We also recelved donatlons of £50tIO whlch is unrestrlcted and tan contrlbute to our ovetheads. Overall, 24125 has been a challenging year for fundlng.
