arm and direct

LP4Y organisations

and advocate
the decent inclusion
ofthousands

Young
people and their families
in 57 programs
in
South East Asia, South Asia, Middle East,
Europe and America.
These Programs
have been centered
around
an innovative
pedagogy
based on
entrepreneurship
with three main models:
The life project centres, the training
development
centres and the Green
villages.

LIFE PROJECT CENTERS &
TRAINING
DEVELOPMENT
CENTERS are located close to or in
urban areas of extreme
poverty
called slum area offering 12 months
residential
training
program
to
empower
excluded
Young adults
(Young mothers,
migrants,
orphans,
differently
abled, school drop-outs,
etc.) with necessary
life and soft
skills to make them autonomous,
independent
and self-confident
to join
a decent job market. Through
Professional
Training tor
Entrepreneurs,
a unique
learning
method
based on entrepreneurship
and positive approach,
the Youth
learn how to manage
a small
business,
work
in a team, take
initiative,
assume
responsibilities,
solve problems,
manage
a team,
manage
a project and meet
deadlines.
They improve
their
English,
communication
and IT skills.
They are accompanied
by the
coaches (volunteers)
in their career
path and when they finish the
program,
they are able to find and
keep a decent job They receive a
weekly allowance,
Life Project
Money, that enables them to follow
the training
on a daily basis while
sustaining
their basic needs and
saving for the first steps of their
professional
life. At the same time,
LP4Y develops
an integration
ecosystem
composed
of companies,
NGOs, local administrations,
and
universities.
These all favour Youth
inclusion
via professional
exposure of
the Youth and adaptation
of HR
policies enabling
employment
of
Youth with low educational
background.
e GREEN VILLAGE offers educational
residential
programs
similar to Life
Project Centre for youths
that have
been relocated
from the slum to new
rural areas away from all
infrastructures.
It is a fast track 3
months
program
with a focus on
practical professional
training
promoting
natural
technology
and
lifestyle and aiming
at initiating
a new
economy
in these areas to be
developed
by local communities
