Our plan8 for the future indude further expansion of the partnership network, the expansion and improvement of our digital platfomi to supwt disadvantsged grwps affected by homelessness and the delivery of new digital tools to support ease of access to essential sepiices. We will continue to strengthen links between th8 towns and crties we work with to share best practice and develop shared assets. In addillon. we are refocusing our team to better support the locati( network and to deliver growth. This has been revis8d to between 6 months and 1 yearfs-worth of Essential Costs 1.8. the Cost of the core team. Thls level of reserves wll ensure that. should adverse operating c*)nditions arise, such as a dacrease in rev8nu8, the trustees will bg in a posilion to pay the salaries of th8 core team for a period during vthich financial stabilty can be re-establlshed.
