Previous￿ we intended to m8intain our reseroes at 8 level which is equivalent to between 6 months and 1 yearfs-worth of Annual Operating Expenditure. This has been revis8d to between 6 months and 1 yearfs-worth of Essential Costs 1.8. the Cost of the core team. Thls level of reserves wll ensure that. should adverse operating c*)nditions arise, such as a dacrease in rev8nu8, the trustees will bg in a posilion to pay the salaries of th8 core team for a period during vthich financial stabilty can be re-establlshed.
