Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 Marth 2025 ependent Examiner's Report to aanfield Bov4ls & Sports Club I report on the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 which are set out below. Respettive responsibifrties of the Trustees and the Independent Examiner The charity's trustees consider th3t an audit is not required for this year under the Charities Act 2011 lthe 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: Examine the accounts undersertion 145 of the 2011 Act; Follow procedures laid down in the General Directions given me by the Charity Commissioners Section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act; and State whether particular matters have come to my attention. b) Basis of Independent Examaner's Statement My examination was carried out sn accordance with the General Direttions given by the Charity Commission. An examinatton includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes considering any unusual items or disclosure in the accounts and seeking explanations from the management committee concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all tho evidence that would be required in a full audit. and consequently. I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
