● To provide an effective and responsive administrative system for the Enys Road Allotments (i.e. letting, rental collection, waiting list management, etc). ● To ensure that allotment plots are kept in good condition and the communal areas are well managed. ● To balance income and expenditure to ensure financial sustainability. ● To actively cooperate with groups and organisations with a view to increasing the provision of allotments and improving standards and facilities. ● To establish a working relationship with Camborne Town Council as landlords with the object of improving facilities, carrying out essential landlord maintenance. ● To administer any distribution service, communal maintenance, machinery and equipment including a seed scheme for members. ● To help new gardeners on the site in whatever way is appropriate including where possible the introduction to a nearby experienced gardener with a view to special help during early months of a tenancy. ● To liase with local Community groups for mutual benefit |

Para 1.20 | The Committee of Management of Camborne Produce Association has worked hard to maintain the integrity and purpose of the allotments. All members are encouraged to participate in community days where site maintainance and improvement is addressed. actively sought access to grants to supplement the costs of repair and improvement made strong connections to local groups and supported their work where posssible. Since lockdown ended social events open to local residents have been set up with great success Most plots are now tenanted and beingwellcultivated. |
