I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 29 February 2024.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
-
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

To relieve the needs of persons who are victims of and survivors of domestic violence and/or abuse in Cornwall and the surrounding areas but not exclusively, by providing counselling and practical support for victims of domestic violence, raising public awareness of domestic abuse issues; and in such other ways as the trustees may from time to time decide.

To support and relieve the needs of persons who are victims of and survivors of domestic violence and their families.
By providing support for individuals and families who have been through domestic violence. The support can include mentoring, counselling and group work.

Section D Achievements and performance
This year we have provided survivors of domestic abuse with Mentoring, Summary of the main person centred counselling and group work. achievements of the charity Children’s mentoring and therapy such as drama therapy/ Play therapy during the year and art.
We have started our program for young children which is the little wings emotional awareness program and moved to much larger premises to enable a larger capacity of clients.
