outreach was successfully organized in
collaboration with our partner in Nigeria,
benefiting 700 community members. Of
these, 284 individuals were referred for
further treatment, while comprehensive
diagnostic screenings were conducted
across the communities.
In England, volunteers provided online
guidance and support to our service
users, ensuring continuous engagement
and assistance.
Additionally, volunteers were trained to
create tactile diagrams based on the
Mathematics and Basic Science
curriculum. These diagrams were
meticulously documented and
incorporated into the development of
tactile textbooks in Mathematics and
Science, designed specifically for blind
and visually impaired pupils in Nigeria.
