All the regul8r w¢¢kly 2nd monthly events run by the hall Film Club, Quiz and the Open Mic. wntinue to be well attended. The Mond4y morning community café continues to be very popular. and I must congrtulate ihe organisers for iheir hard work and dedication. Your help and support #rt very much appreciated both by the trustees and the wider Community. Once again h411 users and vi8itors 21ike are very impresscd wilb the fa¢ilitieJ we provide And with the overall appearance of the ball. With reg4rds to hall maintenAn¢e. Last summer we had the hall redecorated and th¢ h911 floor WAS sanded down to b4re wo(bd and retreated. We al￿ pur¢h¥sed 75 new ehairs which can stack on trolleys making them much easier to h4Ddl¢. As always, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our voluntters for their hard work and commitment throughout the )ear. M'ithoul their help tbe h211 could Doi funclion. Although most of us enjoy bein% eDRa2ed in tbe hands-on day to d>. running of the hall il is not necessary for trustees to do that. If anyone wishes to join the trustees to ensure lh¢ future running of the hall for the villag¢ plexse speak to ony of the existing ¢rusttts after this meelingy or al other time!
