This year all usual Open Days were held wrthoLrt the need for restrictions. Guided Tours were given on all dates to allow access to the mill and understanding of rts importance and history. The annual Family Funday was held and was Y￿11 attended. Maintenance resumed on the windmill as the team were now able to be in the confined space. Private tours of the windmill have been held. As we get more volunteers tt has tEen identified that we will need to amend Gurrent volunteer management to ensure all of them are given opportuntties to enhan￿ their skills. Section D Achievements and performance We have had a full calendar of events during the year and this has resulted in an increase in donations. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the yaar We have attended IoGal markets in the next town giving out leaflets about our open days and events as well as selling small souvenirs. We have continue to work with local traders for the maintenance of the windmill when ever possible as well as small businesses from the area. We have v40rked with the local school to give them the history of the mill so that it ran be used in their national curriculum. INe have held fundraising evenings engaging with local ￿SIdentS who know the mill well but are not r*ecessarily going to be attending open days. TAR March 2012
