All trustees undertake regular personal railway safety courses in accordance with Wensleydale Railway policies.
We liaise with local businesses, community forums, community first, The Co-op and we have strong working partnerships with the Wensleydale Railway.
There is a risk assessment policy in place and the charity has third party liability insurance, asset insurance and subscribes to PPL/PRS and Motion picture licensing. All relevant trustees and volunteers are DBS checked and we have a Health and Safety policy in place generally and specific to the railway.

To further or benefit the residents of Leeming Bar and the neighbourhood, This without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together, the said Summary of the objects of the residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a charity set out in its common effort to advance education. The five village planters have continued to be maintained by our trustees and volunteers with the support of our local garden centre. Our allotment has again seen a successful harvest and has provided the school with many varieties of fruit and vegetables. Section E Financial review
We continue to develop as much as we are able and due to the Brief statement of the significant amount of work that has taken place this year with minimal charity’s policy on reserves income our balance has dropped significantly. We are still in a positive position to complete our physical development and create a support mechanism for the less well off and most vulnerable.
