The Climate Justice Fund (CJF) is a one of a kind financial facility to support the international climate justice movement. It is an initiative that has human rights at its core to support vulnerable people and enhance access to justice at the grassroots.

Objects: The Objects Of The Climate Justice Fund Are To Promote For The Public Benefit:1. The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment At A Community, Regional, National And International Level, In Particular, But Not Exclusively, By Supporting Initiatives, Strategies And Methods Of Reducing, Mitigating And Adapting In Response To Climate Change To Protect People And The Physical And Natural Environment From The Adverse Effects Of Climate Change;2. The Education Of The Public At A Community, Regional, National And International Level In Subjects Relating To Climate Change, The Protection, Enhancement And Rehabilitation Of The Environment (Including The Causes, Impact, Mitigation Of And Adaptation To Climate Change And Related Issues) And Their Legal Rights In Respect Of Environmental Matters Including By Promoting Collaboration Between Lawyers, Scientists, Indigenous Peoples, Communities And All Other Relevant Stakeholders And By The Commissioning Of Research On The Causes, Adverse Effects, Mitigation Of And Adaptation To Climate Change And Related Issues (Including Environmental Law) And Publishing Or Otherwise Disseminating The Useful Results Of Such Research.
