Activities
The primary object is the advancement of the Christian Religion. This is achieved by providing a suitable building environment for the various activities of the church fellowship. Regular meetings are held on Sunday's which are open to the general public. In addition we host activities for all age groups at various times. These activities take place primarily at the chapel in Scorrier Cornwall.
Objects: The Purposes Of The Church Are:3.1.1 The Advancement Of The Christian Faith In Accordance With The Basis Of Faith Primarilybut Not Exclusively Within Scorrier And The Surrounding Neighbourhood; And3.1.2 Such Other Charitable Purposes As Shall, In The Opinion Of The Charity Trustees, Put Intopractice The Christian Faith In Accordance With The Basis Of Faith, Including But Notlimited To: The Prevention And Relief Of Need, Hardship And Sickness; The Advancementof Education; And The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare Forrecreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Suchfacilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Socialcircumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life,provided That The Advancement Of Such Purposes Must Be Undertaken In A Manner That Isconsistent With The Church Practices And Ethical Statements As May Be Adopted Andamended By The Church From Time To Time In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Churchhandbook.
