GSSnow assists'11 pre-primary community schools with 1,506pupils aged 3-7.We work with MoBSE (Ministry of Basic4Secondary |

| Team' (GMT), who are capable and experienced locals. GSShas |

| During the past year we have set up a bespoke 'Teacher &Training | ||
| Development Program'. This comprises an intensive course of |
||
| workshops which all the teachers attend. We have also set up a team of |
||
| 4coach/inspectors who visit each school monthly to provide 'on the |
||
| job' coaching In the dassroom and complete an inspecdon which scores |
||
| each school on 10attributes. | ||
| GSS's plan istogrow the project as tluickly asthe constraints allow. The |
||
| main constraints are raising sufFicient funds and the capacity ofthe |
||
| GMT. |
