|||Implemented<br>by an organisation<br>called the 'Gambian<br>Management|
|||Team' (GMT), who are capable and experienced<br>locals. GSShas|
|||continued to help build the capabilities<br>and capacity ofthe GMTto|
|||enable ittobecome an established<br>service provider.|
|||During the past year we have set up a bespoke 'Teacher &Training|
|||Development<br>Program'.<br>This comprises an intensive course of|
|||workshops<br>which all the teachers attend. We have also set up a team of|
|||4coach/inspectors<br>who visit each school monthly to provide 'on the|
|||job' coaching In the dassroom<br>and complete an inspecdon<br>which scores|
|||each school on 10attributes.|
