(1) The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in London, Essex, Norfolk and Tyne and Wear ("the area of benefit"), in particular by the provision of facilities and instruction / education for the participating in the sport of karate; (2) The provision of facilities for the instruction and education of Summary of the objects karate in the area of benefit provided in the interests of social of the charity set out in welfare, for individuals who have by reason of their age, its governing document disability, financial hardship or social circumstances a lesser opportunity to participate in sport and more particularly karate with the object of improving their conditions of life; and (3) Such other charitable purposes connected with the instruction of karate, which the trustees in their absolute discretion deem appropriate from time to time. Since registration and during the Covid19 pandemic the Yamaguichi Goju Kai Karate-Do Association (“YGKA”) as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (“CIO”) it has remained dormant. There have been no charitable activities. No funds have been received nor payments made by the YGKA CIO.
