Activities
Herts Musical Memories provides singing sessions for people with dementia and their cares. The sessions are based in musical therapy and help people connect with their memories. The sessions comprise of gentle seated exercise, breathing exercises and vocal exercises. Each week the members of the group sing songs from musicals and popular culture woven around a variety of themes.
Objects: 1.To Advance The Health And Well-Being Of People Living With Dementia, And People Who Care For Them, In Particular By Promoting The Use Of Creative Arts.2.to Promote Social Inclusion Among People Diagnosed With Dementia Who Are Socially Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of Their Dementia Through The Development And Delivery Of Arts Based Activities And Experiences Including But Not Limited To Music And Movement.
