Objectives

The objects of the CIO are: to advance the education of young people who due to personal circumstances, have the possibility of being disengaged from mainstream education throughout hampshire by providing such assistance to the child, family or guardian to assist them with their education as the trustees deem appropriate.

Main Activites

ELKOLET Benevolent Foundation (EBF) assist young people and their families with a range goods, services or financial support as and when a need is identified by EBF's sister charity, ELKOLET. Often, these needs are linked to underlying causes resulting in young people becoming disengaged, or the risk of becoming disengaged, with their academic journey.

EBF seeks to come alongside schools, churches and other agencies who are working with young people and their families where collaboration is needed to meet or improve the result of the intervention of a benevolent kind on behalf of the young person and their families.

We confirm the trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.
