Charitable purposes as set in our constitution
The object of Friends of Colville is to advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by:

➢ Developing effective relations between the staff, parents and others associated with the school

➢ Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the indication for the pupils.
Policies and Governance
Friends of Colville is committed to fully abiding by all the policies and guidelines set forth by Colville School. We work in close partnership with the school to ensure that all our activities and operations align with its standards, safeguarding procedures, and educational values.
The trustees agree how funds will be used to support the school. No companies are hired as part of the charity work. (see constitution)

Private Donation for the pitch and reading intervention teacher £105 000
-
Friends of Colville subsequently donated to Colville Primary School l £136 113. These funds were used to pay for the pitch expansion and a reading intervention teacher.
The charity has no debt and does not pay any fees to trustees. Overall, our expenditure is used to fund the events we hold across the year. We also pay to have a QR code for easier access to fundraising.

Next year, we aim to:
- Expand our fundraising and then subsequent donations to the school to support key objectives which are a language teacher, advancing the playground and replacing computers in the suite
We are proud of what our school community has achieved together—and we look forward to continuing this important work.
