Under the musical leadership of Jamie Coorr. our Musi(l D1Clor, the organisation continues to develop. Jamie's dedication and hard work are enhancing the abilty and musicalty of players across the band. His leadersNp MaInS integral to oui progress, ensuring ongoing improvement and hh standards in our perfornian. Recruitment remains a thallenge. reflecting broader drfCuIkn.es thin the brass band movement in attracti skilted musicians. However, our commitment to maintaining a high standard of musi(ianship means that any vacancies are carefully filled to support the band's long-terni development. We have successfully fulfilled our schedule of events and charilable activities over the past year and foSee no obstacles lo continuing as a going concem. Our financial stability allows us to plan wth confidènce, ensuring Ihal we can continue to operate effectively in the coming years. A key focus remains the support and growlh of youThJ musicians. A significant proporb.on of our expenditure is dedicated lo the running of our Youth, Training. and Beginner bands.
