The café also provides a meal delivery servSce, a buffet catering servlce and hosts food taster promotion events for the local communlty to try different types of food. 3. Donnlngton Partner8hlp Annual General M•etlng Chalr of the Tru8toe• report 202&2025 Chairs Report 2025 The Centre Fs getting busier, and room hire has pid(ed up, I would like to thank Ihe Staff for all their hard work, and Richard for is work in getting in grants to support the local communty. We have had a busy year. ￿ have started a veterans lunch every Thursday, hekl a Chrisknas fayre, bingo sessions that families can attend. We have taken on Sue as an assistant manager for 12 months. The orchard volunteer has run a pruning session where people can come along take part and leam new skills, encourage people to use the orchard and harvest fruit The kitchen has been very busy with more people tying the meals on wheel Se￿1￿, the lunch clubs continue to be very popular. The Youth club hired a bus for children and Parents to go Dudley Zoo for the day, and we hope this may become an annual event "rf we can get the funding. We also held chiklren's activities durirKJ the holidays. We had some extra funding and took children to exotic Zoo. We attended the Donnington & Muxton Parish Council Christmas L'uhts switch on, this was very successful for fund raising, and advertising the events arKJ courses taken pla at the hub. The Centre Manager secured some fvnding to run a warm hub over the winter months; this has proved very popular wth lots of people attending the centre. He has also got some money for a communty fridge where people can get free food this started in early 2024 and is ongoing. The centre manager manged to get some MO￿ fvnding to employ an assistant ￿ntre manager for 12 months she will start in September, and the contract ends September 2025 The ￿ntre has 4 charging points for electric cars, which we hope will help residents, The￿ have now been registered and should be advertised on the national ev charging point list. This year has seen the centre upgraded with new disabled ramps, new securty cameras new tables and chairs in the café area, new carpets and lino, and the ￿ntre painted throughout.

Centre Manager Report- February 2026 Overvlew The Centre continues to deliver a wide range ofartlvltSes. We wlll soon have a new customer service course starting in April. This closed this weekbut number of appllcants where low and Some appllcations did not match their application to the skills list We will be re-advertlslng and asklng for a slmpler application process. a CV with supportin8 StatemenL The Men's chatgroup is now on Wednesday mornings weekly with around S-8 people and costs around £20 max per session for tea and snacks, biscults or tea cakes or even homemade cake.
