On 1 October 2017 a c¢)mpany ¢)wning th8 freehokl premises vthere the Camera Club operates, the Camera Club Limited. becawe a 100% subsidiary of the charity On 31 January 2018 the propety and other assets and liabillties of the Camera Club Limrted transferred to the chanty. On 28 August 2018 the Camèra Club Limited was dl8sofved. This re-org8nisalion has simplified the govemance ofthe charity. The trustses are apFointed by the members of the No Staff are 8nyloyod by thè charty. and tt relles on the assistance of volunteers for its athtbes to operate. COVKI has meant that xtmty at the club has been much reduced from previous levels. Some *ivty in lerr5 of studio aThJ darkroom use took place at the beginning of the financial year in October 2020. but the Govemment required a second period of dosure during the second natnal lockdown from 5 November 2020.
